- Free Standard Shipping: We are proud to offer Complimentary Free Standard Shipping on all orders across both the United States and Canada, with no minimum purchase required.

Duties and Taxes: For shipments arriving in Canada or the United States, duties and import taxes are fully covered under our standard shipping logistics. You will not face hidden delivery fees at checkout or upon arrival.
⏱️ Processing & Delivery Timelines
Our delivery window is split into two distinct timeframes to ensure high-quality product inspections:
- Order Processing Time (1–3 Business Days):
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. This window includes payment verification, strict product quality control screening, and secure packaging at our fulfillment centers. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Delivery Time (5–9 Business Days):
Once processed, your package is handed over to our premium carrier networks.
- United States Delivery: 5 to 9 business days.

Please note: Total estimated delivery time from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep is 6 to 12 business days.
📦 Order Tracking Information
Transparency is our priority. Every single order is shipped with a secure tracking number:
- As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link will be sent to your inbox.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the initial tracking status inside their system.
- You can monitor your shipment directly within your Shop App profile tracking dashboard or via our website.
📍 Correct Delivery Information Responsibility
- Incomplete/Incorrect Addresses: The customer is strictly responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% accurate and complete. Luxuia is not liable for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address or returned to sender due to buyer entry errors.
- Address Corrections: If you notice a typo or mistake in your shipping details, please email us immediately at luxuia@outlook.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, we cannot alter the shipping destination.
⚠️ Shipping Delays & Missing Packages
While we work closely with our carrier networks to meet our 5-to-9 business day delivery goal, unforeseen global transit delays (such as extreme weather events, carrier backlogs, or customs reviews) can occasionally happen.
